I have experienced the (e) coaching by Nicole as very pleasant and instructive. Because of its specific tasks and questions they really made me think. Lots of things have become more obvious in a short time. I liked the fact that she always summarized my reaction, which helped me to see and realize the core themes. I found it a very effective and efficient way of working. Besides that I learned a lot and I realy liked the route. Every time I was curious about the next exercise and I have worked on all of them with a lot of fun. I will continue working with the insights. If I do need a coach again, I will definitely contact Nicole.
